Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the Helpsot Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Helpsot employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, Helpsot reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify Helpsot immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Helpsot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
Helpsot is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as required by applicable regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by Helpsot for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
All deposits to your Helpsot Account must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Helpsot does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used must belong to the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Helpsot aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
Helpsot reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account Balance includes Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirements.
Helpsot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Helpsot's control. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider in connection with transactions on the Helpsot Platform.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Helpsot reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fees. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
Helpsot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Helpsot strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and any other conduct that Helpsot determines, in its sole discretion, constitutes an attempt to exploit the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is detected, Helpsot reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the Account.
Helpsot reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and Helpsot may exclude Players from specific promotions without providing a reason. VIP Players may be subject to separate bonus terms as communicated by their dedicated account manager.
All games available on the Helpsot Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, Helpsot reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account. Helpsot shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager. The decision of Helpsot regarding game malfunctions is final.
If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. The outcome of the game round will be recorded and the Player's Account will be updated accordingly upon reconnection. Helpsot is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to the Player's internet connection or device.

Helpsot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Helpsot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Helpsot Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Helpsot processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

You may close your Helpsot Account at any time by contacting Helpsot support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times.
Helpsot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; or any other reason Helpsot deems sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform and its Players.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Helpsot Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14 — shall survive the termination of your Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Helpsot Platform, you agree to first contact Helpsot support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Helpsot will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit Helpsot's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Helpsot reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Helpsot will notify registered Players by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Helpsot Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
